COVID-19 has forced educational institutes to suspend physical classrooms and shift to online classes across the world. Colleges and institutions are doing their 100% to educate students in numerous ways digitally. But the difficulty in obtaining practical classes during the Covid-19 can’t be ignored.

Faculty members are providing classes on google meet, zoom, etc., ensuring students attend them. Howsoever here, the question arises regarding practical subjects like architecture classes is still a difficulty.

Well! Despite making our lives easier, technology has some limits too. Theory or language subjects can still be taught online, but practical subjects, especially architecture, are difficult to understand.

• Studying from home and going to college has environmental change altogether. It can be distracting to learn from home.
• It is easy for theoretical subjects, although for practical issues, consider it as a loss.
• Online education might not be an option for everyone. Financially weak students cannot afford a smartphone or regular internet to attend classes. If it is considered acceptable, it will need a lot of time, especially in India.
• Online classes, in a way, restrict the creativity of students. In physical courses, one should always come up with different questions to help others understand any topic much better.
• It has been recorded that in some of the classes, students join ranks and sleep in the middle. Since it’s a virtual class, there is no way you can wake up the kid.

How To Overcome The Difficulties In Obtaining Practical Classes?

The difficulty lies in obtaining practical classes as we have specific subjects that cannot be utterly dependent on virtually, like MBBS, architecture, etc. Students have already faced difficulty getting valuable lessons almost during covid-19. We hope you agree if some practical subjects need special attention from professors or faculty members to understand and learn them better. It might not be beneficial or useful through virtual classes.
